  • A: Type in the company in the search bar at the top or use the navigation arrows (companies are listed alphabetically). In addition, explore the GSF WEST LIVE RETAILER CONNECT platform
    with the Official Show Guide: Available at CanadianGrocer.com; Quickly find it on the navigation toolbar at GSF WEST LIVE; Access it via email in our Show Guide link sent in an email each day of the show.

    Note: You will not be able to directly access an exhibitor from the Official Show Guide

  • A: There are 2 ways to enter a company Showroom:

    – From the lobby, click on the center sign to go to the directory of Showrooms, click on a logo to enter your selected Showroom

    – In the toolbar in every room, simply click “Showrooms” to go to the directory of Showrooms, click on a logo to enter your selected Showroom

  • A:

    SEARCH

    • Search for content site wide.
    • Search for attendees site wide – you can also initiate a 1:1 text chat.

    CHAT

    • Showroom video/text chat with a rep (text chat in 100 languages)

    ROTATING PROMOTIONS

    • Watch for a variety of promos offered at different times during the event.

    ANNOUNCEMNTS

    • Messages appear at the top of the environment and include links to highlighted agenda items, specific content, or showrooms/sponsors.

    DIGITAL SHOW BAG

    • Add to your show bag briefcase specific documents, links, videos and other content.

    PRIZES

    • Attend as many sessions, showrooms and events as possible to get points. Those attendees with the highest point totals are entered into a draw for prizes.
  • A: Over the two-day event, May 11 & 12, 2021, speaker sessions will be live starting at 8am PST. There will be workshops and keynotes from expert leaders in the industry that will be available
    on-demand 28 days after the event for those registered for the conference. Throughout 30 days, attendees can explore the immersive, interactive showrooms, set up chats (video/text) and engage in GSF Retailer Connect scheduled virtual meetings. There will also be demos and education sessions available on-demand. Check out the schedule and digital show guide for more info.

  • A: The event is “open” 24/7 during the live show days and for 28 days post-event. The live event hours start from 8:00am PST (11am EST)– and go until recommended time of 5:00pm PST (8pm EST). Exhibitors will be able to be contacted by retailers, and attendees at any time via the platform chat.

  • A: During the live show days of May 11 & 12, all conference sessions start at 8am PST (11am EST). All speaker and workshop sessions will be available online for 28 days post-event.

  • A: Retailers from grocery, specialty, C-store, independents, chains and franchisees, mass merchandisers and more will be in attendance. Along with retailers, there will be distributors, agents, wholesalers, and manufacturers – all facets of the grocery sector will be present.
